the unfurnished apartment on the ground floor of 510 pulaski street (apartment a.) occupies the street-level floor of a house from the early 1900's. the apartment shares a foyer with an upstairs apartment (510 b.), but has its own entrance. there is a sitting room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a great front porch. there is a shared washer & dryer in a nearby basement (accessed from inside the apartment by stairs), and the apartment shares a beautiful greenspace with neighbors.
